Biography
I\'m an associate therapist that supports people in a way that feels like a warm hug and a firm nudge toward your goals. My approach includes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Solution-Focused Modalities, Motivational Interviewing, strength and Faith-Based interventions. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from California State University, Long Beach. I have professional experience in child protective services, foster and adoption support, and social work education. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, physical activities, and brunch!
