As a woman of color, with experience in preventative population health, I work with diverse, underserved eligible aged, blind, and disabled individuals, while advocating for the equity of children and seniors in the community where I live.

My name is Rita Phillips. I am a lifelong student, constantly growing, learning new things, with an emphasis on preventative health, and self-improvement to benefit the underserved on a community health basis.
