By helping us change the way we treat ourselves & ultimately, each other, her work is in guiding people to look at their self-image, acknowledge inner wounds, and heal their hearts. Located at Cotati Moves Studio in Sonoma County, Nicole is proud to partner with local wellness professionals, non-profits, schools, and health clubs in creating a community that cares.
