Founded in December 2021, this sound healing practice is rooted in my personal healing journey that began when I was 16. Sound became a powerful tool for emotional regulation, spiritual alignment, and holistic wellness—a form of medicine I turned to again and again. Over the years, I realized that this path wasn’t just about my own healing; it was about creating space for others, especially within my Black and Brown community, to access deep rest, release, and restoration. Becoming a sound bath practitioner was a natural evolution, fueled by a desire to offer accessible healing modalities that support collective well-being, ancestral connection, and energetic renewal.
