Biography
I am a dedicated psychologist from a small college town who has worked in a hospital setting for over 15 years and now has a private practice. I have a passion for understanding my clients and provide a personalized and empathetic approach to helping my clients on their wellness journey. Outside of being a therapist, I love traveling, enjoy connecting w/nature, value family time, and am committed to a healthy lifestyle.
Experience
I currently provide virtual sessions to clients in 40+ states. I’m a respected professional in the field, have over 15 years of experience providing direct client care, have published research on the intersection of spirituality and happiness, and served as a training director for several trainees. I value helping my clients find a healthy balance, by providing them with an empowering environment and holistic treatment plans tailored to their strengths.
