Health Equity Statement

I share with all my clients that mental health is health – if our minds are not functioning, our bodies are not functioning either. I also share that health services are not equal, and discriminatory practices are common in the medical field, especially toward Black identified individuals. I teach clients how to advocate for themselves with systems that traditionally oppress us and empower them to become comfortable with challenging racism within these systems.
