Bloom and Build Integrative Psychiatry
Alecia Greenlee
Health Equity Statement
My approach integrates an understanding of how race, gender, sexual orientation, and cultural background influence mental health experiences and treatment outcomes. Through my work in diverse healthcare settings—from community health centers to academic institutions—I have dedicated my career to addressing disparities in mental healthcare access and delivery. I believe in creating therapeutic spaces where patients feel seen, heard, and understood in the fullness of their identities. My practice emphasizes collaborative care that honors each individual\'s cultural context while working to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health in marginalized communities.
